ITINENARY
Day 01: Kochi-Munnar (150 KMS|4 ½ hrs)
On arrival at Cochin Airport, our representative will greet and transfer youto Munnar. Famous for its tea estates, this picturesque hill station is the biggest tea producer in south India. Located 1,600 m above the sea level, it was once the summer resort of the erstwhile British government in the region. The sprawling tea plantations, quaint towns, winding lanes and holiday facilities make this a popular resort destination. Day 02: Munnar
After a hearty breakfast, begin your day with a spot of sightseeing. On the agenda Tea museum ,Kundala dam ; the Mattupetty Dam; Echo Point .Then you head back to the hotel ! Overnight stay at hotel
Day 03-Thekkady
Morning drive to Thekkady covering a distance of 110 kms / 3.5 hrs through cardamom hills. Check into the Resort. After lunch visit spice plantation like cardamom, Pepper, Coffee, and tea estate etc .Visit Periyar Tiger reserve forest, On way back to hotel you could stop at the local market and pick up some fragrant spices. Stay Overnight at Hotel / Resort.
Day 03:Munnar-Kumarakom (180 kms|4 hrs)
Breakfast. Check out and drive to Kumarakom . Visit Birds sanctuary located on the banks of Vembanad Lake. Set in the Kerala Backwaters the bird sanctuary is a favourite haunt of migratory birds. Overnight at resort
Day 04:Kumarakom-Kochi (80kms|2 hrs)
Breakfast .Check out and drive to Kochi. One of the finest natural harbours on the Arabian Sea coast, Cochin, has been a port of call for foreign traders from early times. Its cosmopolitan character is reflected in the buildings and structures representing different regions of the world. A city of peninsulas and islands, today it is Kerala’s commercial hub. Afternoon, sightseeing of Fort Cochin covering, St. Francis Church, Dutch Palace & Chinese Fishing Net, Marine drive boating. Later proceed to, Kochi Airport/Railway station for your onward flight.
