ITINENARY
Day 01-Munnar
You are greeted on arrival at Kochi International Airport/Railway station by the Heavenlyholidays representative and thereafter drive to Munnar hills (130 kms / 4 hrs). Enroute visit Cheyyappara Waterfalls. On the way to Munnar you can see tea gardens spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometers, lush green hills, a place so difficult to describe, very low population too far from pollution, most of the area covered by Tata tea. On arrival check in to the Hotel and Evening stroll through the tea estates. Stay Overnight at Resort/hotel
Day 02-In Munnar
Morning sightseeing in Munnar which includes Raja Malai, a top peak of Munnar where you may see Neel Thar (mountain goats), Tea Museum, Mattupetty, Eco-Point etc. you can also enjoy boating in the Lake (optional).Stay Overnight at Resort
Day 03-Thekkady
Morning drive to Thekkady covering a distance of 110 kms / 3.5 hrs through cardamom hills. Check into the Resort. After lunch visit spice plantation like cardamom, Pepper, Coffee, and tea estate etc.. On way back to hotel you could stop at the local market and pick up some fragrant spices. Stay Overnight at Resort/hotel
Day 04-Thekkady
Overnight stay at resort enjoy the day at leasure.
Day 05-Deluxe Houseboat Aleppey
Today morning after breakfast, proceed to Alleppey. On arrival check into your Traditional Kerala Style Houseboat and cruise throuth the backwaters. It is the fabulous way to explore the fascinating beauty of the backwaters. Stay overnight in the Houseboat (Deluxe A/C).
Day 06-Kovalam
After the breakfast proceed to Kovalam beach which is known as the “Paradise of the South”. This dreamland is an evergreen, serene, pleasant climatic and enticing beach destination. Reach & check-in at the hotel and relax for a while amidst the comforts of your room. Explore on your own to see how the everlasting sea touches the everlasting sky. Kovalam is the place where one can see the golden sand at the day time & silver sand in the night. With high rock promontory and a calm bay of blue waters.Overnight stay at the Hotel/Resort.
Day 07-Kovalam-Trivandrum
After the breakfast proceed for the sightseeing of Trivandrum. Thiruvananthapuram literally means Ananthapuri, “the city of Ananthan”, the Thiru (Great/Lord) Ananthan’s Puram (City). Ananthan is the serpent Sesha on whom Padmanabhan or Vishnu reclines. The temple of Anantha, the Sri Padmanabhaswamy temple is the most religious icon of the city. Other sightseeing places are Kuthiramalika Palace Museum, the name Kuthiramalika means ‘palace of horses’ derived from the frieze of 122 wooden horses on the exterior walls.fVeli Tourist Village,which has an excellent waterfront park with a wide range of aqua entertainment facilities like fishponds, wading pools and landscaped garden.Overnight stay at beach resort
Day 08-Departure
After break fast check out and proceed to Trivandrum Airport/Railway station
